This is the new Eevee evolution being shown in the scans! It is being referred to as "Ninfia", it is 1.0m tall, weighs 23.5Kg and its evolution method is "a secret" for now. There is still no word as to what type this new evolution is, flying type perhaps? Or maybe it's dragon type? It looks a lot like Milotic, so maybe a new mechanic in X and Y is needed to evolve it?
