To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Famicom's release in Japan, Nintendo is offering cheap Virtual Console titles when the eShop hits the Wii U.
Balloon Flight is the launch title of the campaign and is already available to download until February 21st.
The rest of games will be available for 30p for 30 days so here they are:
February 20: F-Zero (SNES)
March 20: Punch-Out!!! Featuring Mr. Dream (NES)
April 17: Kirby's Adventure (NES)
May 15: Super Metroid (SNES)
June 12: Yoshi (NES)
July 15: Donkey Kong (NES)
Once downloaded you can play them to your hearts content! The campaign allows you to grab some bargins on the new console and enjoy them before the official launch of the Wii U Virtual console. Also Virtual Console titles on the Wii U boast special features such as Miiverse support, GamePad play and save game restore points.
